2025-26 Weekly Programmes
Below are the programmes that each age group will do weekly. The A, B, C, and D Programmes rotate, while the Twilight Programme is always used on twilight competitions at Golding Oval.
Certain events will not be run in the event that the Hot Weather Policy is in effect. Other modifications, eg for wet weather, may be made as needed.

This season are trialing bonus events. These give athletes an additional opportunity to do the less common events. Bonus events take place before the standard programme.

Programme A
Bonus Event, 8:40 Event start time: U15+ 300m Hurdles, followed by U13/14 200m Hurdles.

Programme B
There is no bonus event in this programme.

Programme C
Bonus Event, 8:40 Event start time: 700m Walk (U9s), 1100m Walk (U10/11s), 1500m Walk (U12+)

Bonus Event, 8:40 Event start time: 1500m

Twilight Programme A
Due to lower attendance numbers, we often merge some age groups together at twilight meets. This is determined on the day, based on the number of athletes and parent helpers present.
