2022-23 Summer Programmes
Below are the programmes that each age group will do weekly. The A, B, C, and D Programmes rotate, while the Twilight Programme is always used on twilight competitions at Golding Oval.
Certain events will not be run in the event that the Hot Weather Policy is in effect - details are listen below each programme. Other modifications, eg for wet weather, may be made as needed.

Programme A
If the Hot Weather Policy is in effect:
- Shot Put will be cancelled for Under 7s
- 700m and 800m will be cancelled for all age groups

Programme B
If the Hot Weather Policy is in effect:
- 700m will be cancelled for Under 8s
- 400m will be cancelled for all age groups
​
Programme C
*Under 18 and Under 20 athletes may chose to run a 3000m instead.
​
If the Hot Weather Policy is in effect:
- 200m is cancelled for Under 9s
- 1500m is cancelled for Under 13+
​
Programme D
​If the Hot Weather Policy is in effect:
- 300m and 500m are replaced with 200m
- 400m is cancelled for all age groups
​
Twilight Programme
If the Hot Weather Policy is in effect:
- No changes are needed
​
*These events will be cancelled when Salisbury Little Athletics Centre visits, prior to the State Multi-Events Championships

Ingle Farm Relay Days Programme
Depending on the numbers on the day, the U13s+ may do a Medley Relay instead:
- 300m, 500m, and 800m are all replaced with 200m.
