State Record Holders

Athletes of the Ingle Farm Little Athletics Centre hold a number of State Records, ranging from performances unmatched in nearly forty, to records set more recently. Setting the State Record is no easy task, and has naturally become more difficult. Records can only be claimed at SALAA meets, and must be witnessed by the appropriate officials in order to be validated. The link below shows the progression of all State Records since their inception in 1973, with Ingle Farm athletes highlighted. Below that is a table showing all Ingle Farm Little Athletes to currently hold a State Record (as of July 2022).

Former State Record Holders

Ingle Farm Little Athletes have a strong history in claiming State Records. In addition to those above there are a number of other events where IFLAC athletes once held records that have since been broken. In cases where an athlete broke their own record, it is listed as self improvement. The 'Held for' column is an approximate only, and in instances of an athlete breaking their own record, it includes the combined time between an athlete first breaking the record, and the time their final record was broken.

Current and Former State Record Holders in Defunct Events

Ingle Farm Little Athletes have also held a number of State Records in events which are now defunct. Events become defunct as a result of major rule changes, such as changes in the weight of a throwing implement, the height of hurdles, or, in some cases, outright cancellation of an event for a certain age group. Additionally all Under 7 and 8 events are considered defunct, as these age groups are no longer allowed to attend the only events at which new records can be claimed. Below are all State Records that were once held by an IFLAC athlete before their cancellation. Four of these records were never beaten, and probably never will be. In some cases, the Date Beaten is listed as 'Improved', this refers to athletes that broke their own records.
